Emergency Relief
We offer financial assistance to residents of the City of Whittlesea who are in crisis and cannot meet basic needs such as:
- Bills
- Housing
- Food
- Transport
- Medical expenses

Casework Support
Our generalist casework service is available to all residents of the City of Whittlesea. There are no wait lists and support can be provided on a single occasion, medium or long term basis. We can assist with personal and practical support for a range of issues including:
- Accessing other services such as housing, family violence, financial counselling, health and other specialist services
- Relationship issues
- Advocacy and information
