Community Transport and Driving Programs

The Whittlesea Community Transport Service is for people who live in the City of Whittlesea and as a result of challenges related to age, health, income experience transport related disadvantage.

​The TAC L2P Program assists disadvantaged Victorian learner drivers aged 16 to 23 with no access to a supervising driver or vehicle to gain the 120 hours driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence.
