Community Legal Services

Whittlesea Community Connections Community Legal Service provides free legal help to people who live, work or study in the City of Whittlesea and surrounding communities.

Our legal team provides advice on many areas of the law and is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our work falls into four main categories: legal information and referrals, legal advice and case work, community legal information and law reform and advocacy.

Our aim is to make people more aware of the law so that they can make more informed decisions.  Legal education sessions are an important way in which this can be achieved and we are able to organise and provide sessions which outline rights and responsibilities in various areas of the law.   These sessions can be provided to groups on request, though we actively seek out these opportunities and are happy to discuss ideas that you might have.

We can provide legal help in relation to a range of legal issues, and if we cannot assist, we can provide legal information or a referral to the appropriate service to assist you.  Our Epping office contains a wide range of legal brochures and pamphlets that are available to the public for free.  To contact us please call our legal reception desk on 9401 6666 during business hours or alternatively call into WCC offices, Shop 111 at Pacific Epping.
